Channel balance

Question

Looking to replace these channel balances.
Notable facts
1. one has a marking 24203 and the other has 2420 with the letters b.s.i but appear the same
2. the balance hook is located in the middle part of the sash (as opposed to being at the bottom
3. also need ID for take out clips
4. 25" long

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like either the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance with the 2420 stamp, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure an undamaged version of yours as shown below.
