Channel balance

Question

The metal balancer is stamped with "2020".
The length of the metal portion of the balancer is 21".
The u-shaped balancer dimensions are 5/8" in depth (height) and 1/2" in width.
No make or model name on the vinyl windows that were installed in the house 24 years ago (2000).
I would like to purchase two balancers that are compatible with my window.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
