Thanks for posting. It looks like this might be a Series 795 Channel Balance. We'll need more details to narrow down exactly what you are working with. See the guide below for further information. With closer photos of an undamaged shoe, the hook or clip at the top of the balance, and any stamp on the metal channel, we should be able to narrow this down.

Here are pictures of the other one from this window. Oddly enough, the balances have different things stamped on them.

Thanks! This definitely looks like our Series 795. The stamp is different but we can chalk that up to the fact that yours is probably made by a different manufacturer.

Your next step is to check the length of the metal channel and the weight of the sash to verify the proper size and calibration. I also note that your shoe has a rectangular shaped hole in the back of the cam; that's what we call an "open cam" shoe, specifically our 15-195B. This is sold separately, but you can swap it out with the default shoe very easily after you receive them. I suggest adding that to your cart before you checkout.

They're 33" long. The window weighs 27.4 lbs.

Great, so that would be our S795-33 with a 33D stamp option. Two balances with this stamp can hold 25 through 30 pounds, so it should be perfect for your application.
