I am trying to match the part up but am having trouble matching the ends.  I'm thinking a 395.  Please verify

Thanks for writing in! Yes, I agree. The Series 395 Channel Balance would be the best match for this balance. It has a winged top and wingless bottom shoe.

You'll need the S395-34 with a 3330 stamp.
