Channel balance

Question

I am looking for the whole balance (2) for this window. The string is attached to the window frame at the top.
Could you tell me what part it is and where I can get it?

Hello,

Your balance is similar to the S795, but I can't be sure if our stock balances will work based on your photos. We'll need to see an intact t-lock shoe uninstalled, as well as confirm if the top of the balance attaches with a screw tab or hook. There should also be a stamp code on your balance channel, which we'll need to determine the corresponding strength option.

If you need new pivot bars as well, we would need to see yours fully removed from the sash to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process.
