Channel balance.

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance is similar to a few series we have. Most aren't interchangeable, so to narrow down the correct replacement match, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment on the balance. 

I'll also need to see a photo of the metal piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle/center of the balance.

Thanks! Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-21 or the S385-21. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.
