Thanks for your post! This window balance is a match for either the S380-26 or the S385-26. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Our 2540 stamp should work in place of the 25 4 stamp on your balance. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 19 to 25lbs.
