Channel balance

A home owner from Seattle,wa says:

One side of our bathroom window has a broken channel balance string frayed and broke. The channel has 14 3 ho coldwell on the back of channel. The metal channel it 15 inches long.
Looks like I need a 15 inch series 800 channel balance don't know what stamp option?

Are you totally sure you have the S800-15 ? Keep in mind the metal channel is only 3/8" wide, which is uncommonly small. If it is 1/2", it may be something else. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
