Channel balance

Question

My balance only has a number stamped on it which looks like 26 5 CMC 1. Any ideas? It is 27" without the ends and is installed in a non-tilt window made in 2005.

I can tell you you're correct about the 27" measurement. A stamp including "26 5" corresponds with a 27" balance and a 2650 stamp option, which will be important when you go to order. As for the Series of balance, check out our channel balance guide to identify it yourself, or send photos for us to identify. We'll need to see both ends of the balance.
