Channel balance (Block and Tackle)

A home owner from Elgin, IL says:

I'm looking to repair a broken block and tackle. The channel is 9/16 wide and 1/2" deep. The stamp on the channel says 30C BSI. The flange clip at the top of the channel that secures the unit to the window frame is removable and could be placed on a new part. Any help you can offer me in locating a replacement part would be appreciated. Thank you, Doug.

Hello,

We can supply these balances but it will have to be a custom order for the S770-30 channel balance with a rivet in the first hole at the top of the balance to accommodate the 19-029 s-clip. We just sent over an order link and price quote in a separate email for you to review.

These channel balances are commonly used with the stock 15-129 pivot shoe. Thanks for posting!
