Channel balance ID

Question

I could not identify the correct channel balance from your list. The markings on the balance says 28F the sash weighs 35.5 lbs. It is a non tilt window with a 1/2" wide channel balance 29" long.

Thanks for contacting us! Can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? If it's 1", I would recommend our S380-29 with a 2860 option. If it's 1-3/32" deep, I would recommend our S385-29 instead, also with a 2860 option.
