I need a window balance for an old Insulate/Certainteed single hung. The balance is stamped 19 3 FR Caldwell

This is one of two balances: S380-20 and S385-20. Measure your bottom shoe depth to tell which. Choose Series 385 for the 1-3/32" shoe, or Series 380 for the 1" shoe. You'll want to select a "1930" option to match your "19 3" stamp.
