I am very confident we can help you with a replacement. Before we get started, could we see two more photos showing both nylon fittings from a front view? We need to see the full details of the nylon fittings as they play an important part when recommending the correct balance. Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to us with these photos. Have a look at both our S380-21 and 3S385-21 channel balance. Based on the 'depth' of your bottom balance shoe will determine which of the two balances is the better match. Use the diagram below as a guide on how to properly measure the depth of the bottom shoe. Whichever one chosen will use a 2050 option that supports a sash weight of 23-27 pounds.
