Channel balance for MI window

Question

I have a DH window with broken shoe. Can't quite find the replacement part. We think its a MI window, but not certain. The pin from the window is a wide V shape, is that common, and will that fit into any replacement shoe?Attaching photos for clarity but:
MI, 20C channel balance, broken shoe, V-shaped pin in window.

Your balance will need to be specially made. I'm thinking of using our S795-20 balance with a 15-194 shoe on the bottom and 15-198 hook at the top. I will email you a special order link and price quote for 2 right now. Your original pivot bar should fit in the new shoe.
