Channel balance for Milgard window

I believe these are channel balances? This is from a Milgard double hung window. It's 26" long. Need to replace two of them. The first pic is the best shot I could get of the operational side.

Start by looking at our S765-26 Tilt Window Channel Balance. Carefully look over all the pictures and specifications, and let me know if this seems right to you, or if it differs in any way. If it's correct, you'd need a stamp option of 25-5.
