Channel balance for non-tilt window

Quick Learner from Oceanside, CA
Regarding my previous 2 posted questions. I'm wondering if your S385-29 channel balance will work? I weighed my window. It weighs 15 pounds. So would I need the 2820 option? Will this product work for me based on all the info and pictures I've sent. Thank you.

Thanks for the photos, they are sufficient for providing you with a part recommendation. And again, our sincerest apologies.

Your channel balances could be either the S380-29 with a 1" shoe or the S385-29 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 29". To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

Also, you are correct, you will need to select the 2820 stamp for a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs.
