Window Balance 16 1 EK CALDWELL

1/2" Channel Width
Metal channel length = 17 inches exactly
Marking = 16 1 EK CALDWELL

I can tell which (black) top part I am looking for, but the bottom (white) plastic piece is a mystery to me.

I can try and take more/better photos if you need.

Hello Paula. We believe this may be either our S351-17 or S390-17 channel balance. Depending on your balance shoe measurements will determine which balance may work for you. Get back to us if you should need any further help.
