Channel balance identification and replacement

I have two Channel Balances that the cord broke on. Which Channel Balances replacement do I need? the channels are 28" in length

See either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to determine the right match. You will need a stamp option of 2750.
