I am looking for replacement for some window channel balance parts. They are from Jordan windows. They are 23 inches long and the only markings I see is - "22 4 AK CALDWELL"

It does look like you've got our Series 390 channel balance. Please confirm all the measurements and information before ordering. The Series 390 has our 15-001 shoe and measures 1-1/8” deep. These measurements are depicted in the photo below. Please compare your measurements to the information that I provided and let us know what you think. At checkout, you'll select the 2240 "option".
