No other markings

Builder thinks it was either Phillips or Milgard when house was built in 2003

Thanks for writing in. See either our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2530.
