Channel balance repairs

Springs & string OK , not connected to window .

Seems plastic parts on the end of eyelet , missing .....

Channel has a number on it. P 28TG

Please help

Thanks for posting! It sounds like you're talking about the pivot shoe. If so, please take a look at our 15-129 pivot shoe. I believe that this is used with the type of balance that you have. Does it look familiar? Do you think it would work?

Yes,
As I learn more about this, both of the Pivot shoes are broken at the top.

They are the BLUE locking type , which ones should I order.

FYI - the Images ( choose file ) option on IPad does not respond......

Without seeing what your original shoe looks like, it'd be hard to say exactly what it is you may need. Your best bet at this point would be to check out our Tilt-Window Replacement Pivot Lock Shoes section and see if anything there matches what you have.
