Channel balance replacement

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look a like they could be either the Series 380 with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 with a 1-3/32" shoe; although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

For the balances marked with a 32 at the beginning of the stamp, you'll need 33" balances and for the balances marked with a 38 at the beginning, you'll need 39" balances.

Once you've added the balances to the online cart, you'll be able to view the shipping options by selecting the country and entering the postal code for the destination.
