Hello,

The width measures 1/2-9/16 inch, and the length of the channel is 21 inches.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thanks. Would you happen to know how to determine the weight I will need (2010, 2020,...)?

Sure, you just go by your old stamp. Seeing as your old marking is 20 3, I would suggest selecting our 2030 stamp option.
