Channel balance - replacement part number?

Question

I need to replace a channel balance. Part is marked: 25 4 KO Caldwell. The metal chanel length without the plastic parts is 26" and the channel width (inside opening) is 1/2" and outer width is 5/8". I have replaced in a couple other windows but can't find the email with part number. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. This is most likely either an S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. For a stamp option choose 2540.
