Channel balance replacement with stamp 2730

I have a non tilt spring assembly that has a part number 2730 BS1 stamped on it. The metal portion is 28" long. I?m not sure if you need any additional information to recommend a replacement. While looking through your site I couldn?t find a balance shoe that doesn't have wings/flares on the side. I appreciate the help.

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
