Channel balance replacements

Thanks in advance you for your help!
window # 1: I had problems opening and closing it, then and the window was out of place. I am able to close it but it is not working properly. A handyman said that the ?balance? needs to be changed. ?The balance?,the silver part of the window, where the string is.
Now, the balance ( the silver ) is not attached to the window. It is on the frame of the window.

Thank you for contacting us. See our Series 795 channel balance, I think this will work for you as a replacement. You'll need the length of the metal channel and the number printed on it to determine the best match.
