Channel balance replacements -

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, I believe they may need to be a custom assembly, made with a 19-005 Winged Channel Balance Top and a 15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe with a 7/8" depth. 

To confirm that this is the correct measurement, please take a look over the dimensions below.

Thanks for confirming this information. I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these custom made assemblies; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. These balances will be marked with a 3440 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 23 to 30lbs.

Sure! I'm happy to update the quote for you. Although, unfortunately, I would not be able to add the other two products to the quote. You'll need to add them to your online cart along with the balances. You can do so by entering their product codes in the search bar and clicking 'add to cart'.

Since the previous quote was already accepted, I had to make a new quote for the updated quantity, please be sure to look for that link in your email so that you are using the correct quote.
