Channel balance replacements

I'm trying to replace these two channel balances. I just want to verify if S380-29 option 2850 an 2830 are the correct balances?

also can you recommend sash guides for these channel balances for aluminum sashes.

Your balance does in fact look a lot like the S380-29. You just want to confirm that the depth of your bottom balance shoe measures 1" in depth. If so, then you should be ok to go. You would choose both the 2830 and 2850 option.
