Windows are Jeld-Wen from mid 1990s. Length is 28". No identifying sticker or imprint on balance.
From the window:
The mfg code is JW-6.
Series: Summit 7080ANSI/AAMA 101-93
There is a MST 4080/4060 and also a DH-R30/R35. The window is aluminum.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the length of the metal channel 28"? If so, take a look at the S380-28 or S385-28. The difference between the two is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.

Since there isn't a stamp on the balance, we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash. That will allow us to determine the correct stamp option for your replacements.

The weight of the sash is 25 pounds and he says the of the shoe matches that of the S-385.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the 2740 stamp option. With this stamp, a pair of S385-28 balances will support a sash weighing 19 to 26 pounds. You can place an order on our website at your convenience.
