I have some windows that are stamped 18B with the previous guides. Do you know what weight that corresponds to?

Sure, a stamp of 18B usually matches the 1820 option. I see you were looking at our S380-18 balance. I would double check the length of the metal channel; a stamp of 18B also usually indicates a 19" long balance.
