Channel balance size 34 9 HX CMC 11

Question

Hello, Can you please tell me what part I need to order to replace channel balances? They measure 35" in length. On the balance is printed- 34 9 HX CMC 11. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend you have a look at our S380-35 and S385-35 channel balances. The important difference is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. You'll have to measure yours to determine the best match.

It's also important to note that your 34 9 stamp is from an older rating system so it won't translate to any of our stamp options. To decide the proper option for your replacements, you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380-35 and S385-35 store pages.
