Channel balance stamp does not match

A quick learner from Cape Coral, Fl. says:

The stamp on my channel balance does not match. The stamp I have is 28D.

Hey, good to see you again. I'm not sure I understand your question. What does the stamp not match? Could you be more specific?

I see you were looking at our S380-29. Are you perhaps referring to the options available for this balance? If so, then 28D usually corresponds to our 2840 option. That said, you should weigh your window sash and compare it to the rating shown for the 2840 just in case. Better safe than sorry!
