I have 3 windows in my main front room. All of the metal channel balances, window clips and rope clips have broken. I need to replace everything. My windows are 41.5" wide and 28.5" in height. The stamp on each channel balance is "25 DS 35". After the 35, there is a vertical "B.S.I." stamp, followed by a small "PH" or "FH". The channel length is roughly 26". I also need to replace the clips and the rope clips though, I don't have the measurements. I can mail the parts so you can review.

It's going to be more expensive to mail this piece to you guys than to just buy it locally without all this. Can you work with what you have or do you absolutely need a sample? I can take exact measurements tonight if you like

Well, the information helps tell us half the story, but we still don't know what Series you have. You don't need to mail pictures at all, though. In fact, it would be a lot faster and easier just to take a few pictures of the nylon attachments on either end of the balance and upload them here for us to look at.
Alternatively, you can simply look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps until you find the Series you need.

Attached are photos of the balance and the window type they support.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
