Channel balance and tile balance shoe

This has a ribbed channel style, whereas yours looks like it might be plain. Can you verify? Seeing it removed from the window would allow me to verify with 100% certainty.

You also mentioned that the balance has a 33A stamp, but you picked out the 34" length option. Kindly verify the length of the metal channel. You'll need to measure it to be sure.

I'm additionally going to need you to confirm how the balance installs at the top of the window track.

Lastly, please tell me how many balances you wanted to buy.

This balance assembly is very likely going to be a custom order, which means it's non-refundable. I can't guess or make assumptions right now as a matter of policy. Please understand that these steps are not optional and that I'm requesting this information for your own benefit. 

Once you answer all of my questions from the 20th, we can move forward.
