Channel balancer shoe?

Question

I am looking to replace this plastic part. It slides in the window track attached to the channel balancer.
I cannot find any model or brand names on it or the window.
I also need to know how to get it in and out of the window track.

(It is the one on the opposite side of this window that is broken.)

I notice you have a Series 765 tilt balance system. The pivot shoe you show has been replaced with our 15-046. Look over the media guides on this page of the different methods on replacing pivot shoes.
