Channel balance is 35" long, not including top and shoe attachments. I think the one I need is series 351 and spring weight of 3440 (based off stamp number) but I'm not positive. I also need top sash guides, and I think the ones I need are the 5/8" in black product code: 18-009, but again I'm not positive. Unfortunately I dont have a picture of that right now but can send one later to confirm.

Thanks for writing in. Yes, this is either a S351-35 or S390-35. he only difference between these two balance Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best. You will indeed need a stamp option of 3440.

For you Top Sash Guide, it would be best to see 'mugshot' pictures of it removed from the sash, from the front and side.

Here are the pictures for the top dash guide. I also included a picture of the bottom nylon shoe, is this the correct part measuring a depth of 1 1/8"?

After looking at the top sash guides more, I think the one I need is 18-163. Measurements were about the same, hard to tell 13/32 but it's probably close to that. Does that sound right?

Thanks for getting back to me. I agree, your Top Sash Guide looks like the 18-163. As far as your channel balance goes, you are indeed measuring the correct dimension for depth: if it's greater than 1" (or 1-1/8" exactly), then the S390-35 is the better match.
