Top Sash Guide Pair, Binnings

I know this isn't guaranteed, but any help will be greatly appreciated.

Pics 1, 2 and 3 are of the chanel slides and hook.#4 is from metal end to metal end measurement and this is a 1/2"slide.I will also need the 2 stops for each window.#5 is the plastic piece on the window there are 2 on each window.The only markings on any of them is Vista Deluxe.We have a total of 10 ... This part holds the sides of the window sash frame in the top of the frame together along with allowing the balancers to ride underneath it. It looks similar to a top sash guide but does not seem to match any of the ones I found on the web site.

Channel balance is 35" long, not including top and shoe attachments. I think the one I need is series 351 and spring weight of 3440 (based off stamp number) but I'm not positive. I also need top sash guides, and I think the ones I need are the 5/8" in black product code: 18-009, but again I'm not po ... (cont.)
