This part holds the sides of the window sash frame in the top of the frame together along with allowing the balancers to ride underneath it. It looks similar to a top sash guide but does not seem to match any of the ones I found on the web site.

Take a look at our 18-163 top sash guide, compare the dimensions to your current sash guide, and see if this will work for you.
