Hello,
I'd like to replace the channel balances and shoes in a couple of tilt windows and am hoping you can help. I've included some photos of one of them and its shoe.
The shaft of the balance is stamped 28B BSI (or possibly BS1). The shaft's length is 28". Its width is 9/16", and its depth appears to be 1/2" (possibly 9/16").
The length of the shoe is 1 15/16". Its width at the top is 15/32". The bottom width is 15/16". And its depth is 1/2". The shoe is stamped with the numbers 4610108 and 6,679,000.
There is a hooked fastener at the top of the balance to secure it. The fastener's width is 1/4". Its entire length is around 9/16" to 10/16". The length of the hook at the top end of the fastener is about 5/16". And the diameter of the hole at the bottom of the fastener is 3/32".
In total, I need four balances, with the appropriate shoes and fastener hooks.
Thanks very much for your help.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out! I've forwarded a quote for (4) S795-28 balances with a 28B stamp. They will have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment on them.
Your shoe is a match for the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe. These are sold separately from the balance, so you'll need to add them to the cart from the website to have them ship along with the balances.
They are fairly easy to swap out with the shoes that will come on the balance.
