The company that made your balance is no longer in business. Without seeing the clip at the end of the balance cord or the length of the metal channel, I'm guessing you need our S770-30 balance for tilt windows with a 15-043 clip attached. The spring weight for 29-C-30 is 19 through 24 pounds, so use 30C. Let me know if that will work for you.

Attached are 3 pictures of, what I believe is the clip.

The length of the channel itself is 30 in.

Aha, I see. This shoe helps clear up a lot. This balance will have to be custom made, due to the design of your shoe. I was right in naming the S770-30, but the bottom clip needs to be swapped out for a 62-105 hook. Can you just tell me how many you need?

I have 2 windows that are not working and each window has 2 balances. So 4 total??

Could you give me an idea on price and approximate delivery date? Not in a huge rush, but needing to let our customer know.
