I ordered the S380-27 option 2640 channel balances for this window a couple of times.
The state shown in the the photos has been going on for more than a year. Can you help me how to solve this problem.

Hi! From your photos, it looks like your top take out clip, 16-002, is damaged and might be causing the problem. Also, check your top sash guides to see if they are broken, as that could be another problem.
