Channel balances for Viking Window

I need channel balances for Viking Window. Metal channel is 23 inches long. 0.5 inches wide and 0.5 inches deep. Number stamped on channel is 2204E. Plastic Ends look like Swisco Part # S395. The top end appears to be identical. The bottom end is not identical (refer to your drawing)
1. The right side looks identical
2. the left side does not extend beyond the metal (as shown in your diagram.

May you please assist me with this matter?

Hey, Lonnie. I'm having trouble visualizing what you describe. Can you show me a picture of the part in question that doesn't match our Series 395 balance?

Looks like part of the shoe has simply broken off. I can't know for sure, but there's a good chance that if you looked at an undamaged version of your balance, it would match the Series 395. Then again, I could be wrong. I've seen stranger things in this industry. I would recommend checking the other balance in the window, or perhaps an identical window in the house, to confirm.
