Channel block and tackle window balance

Question

I have a missing piece, I think it is the sash? The stamp is 28C BSI vr

It is 29 in if I am measuring correctly.

Can I purchase the necessary part from you? What is the turnaround time?

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you are missing the bottom shoe attachment. Wit the original missing, we cannot confirm the exact style you have. Do you have an undamaged version or can you check the sides window channels to see if it broke off and fell to the bottom?

From there we can determine the correct balance for your window. Please note that it will require a custom order as it uses the 15-198 hook at the top which we will need to assemble for you.

Please also double check the length of the metal channel only. Based on the stamp, it should measure 28 inches long. Thank you!
