Window is 20h x 24w
glides are 20" not including plastic catches on top and bottom. Glides are ½ inch wide and deep. Need four glides.

Hello there. We likely can replace these channel balances, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us the strength of the balance. We'll need you to remove these and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments on both ends. We will also need to see the 'guts', or other side of the metal channel. We should be able to narrow this down from there.

Thanks for getting back. This looks like either a S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2030.
