Channel track replacement

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
This window was forced open from a closed position and it ripped the metal from the channel. There is a plastic slider piece that is supposed to be in that track that I need to replace as well.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see a photo of the entire assembly, including the base and arms from a top-down view. Also, is there another operator in the house that has the fitting that connects the operator's arm to the track that you could show is?

This information will help us identify your operator, which should also confirm which track would be compatible. Thank you!

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Hi, thanks for the assistance. Here's more photo's.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, your operator is an older style that is no longer made. Our best replacement option would be the 39-027E and 39-028E operators, which use the 39-533 track. Please keep in mind that modifications such as drilling new holes in the side of the window sash to mount the track would be required, and even then we can't guarantee that this would work for your repair. Take a look and if you decide to give it a try and it doesn't work out for your repair, our return policy can be found here.
