Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience. When you measured your shoe to begin with, what size did you get? Right now your next step should be to verify its precise depth. Your photo unfortunately doesn't show me the difference between sizes, since you're showing just the underside of each shoe. 

We can make a balance for you with the 15-029 bottom fitting but it will have to be a custom order.  But you have to measure your shoe to be 100% sure. If your shoe size is different than our suggestions then you need to let us know so that we can pursue other options. We only know the information you tell us.
