Replacement Channels Balancers

Thanks to your videos, I was successful removing the channel balances that have worn out over the past 19 years. They measure 35" but the stamp on the channel is 3440. my question is do you have these in stock as I understand Nu Air Window Company is out of business. Also, let me know what other details do you need about the windows.

I'm glad you were able to get your balances out! I'm afraid I can't tell what Series you have based on this information alone, though. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

I have Nu Air Windows and 3 Channel Balancers but want to be sure I am ordering the correct ones. The stamp is hard to see in photo #026 but it is 3440 and measures 35". the channel width is a 1/2". Please advise if this is enough info and if you have them in stoke. Regards, Ed

Thanks. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
