Thanks for posting! Your exact pivot shoe is no longer available but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work well to replace it. Carefully look over the dimensions below to confirm that it will be a fit.

The coil spring used for this assembly is the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the springs needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coil. If there aren't any stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window (in your case 4).

To replace the coil covers, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
