Hi can you please help me find a handle set with the key component so that I can open the door from outside? The sliding door was made by JV. The two screws are 4 inches apart.

The 82-086 indeed looks correct for your door. if you need to replace the mortise lock, the 82-239 does look right, but it also appears you might have originally had a face plate for this mortise lock, so I suggest you consider the 82-265 also. This has the same body as the 82-239, but features a face plate built in. Look over the dimensions to see if this would fit your door.
