Clear plastic part that I believe stops the window

Plastic stop It stops the window where the tilt mechanism doesn't go to far up.

Hello there. This is actually not a window stop. It's a mounting bracket for a Coil Balance system, most likely our Series 180. See the image below that shows how this type of bracket (the 16-024 in the image, but the similar 16-031 looks closer to what you have and functions the same way) installs in relation to the rest of the assembly.
